Double IPA• 8.5% ABV • 122 IBU’s This is the first beer in our “Danks” Series. A super dry double IPA with 122 IBUs from citra, mosaic, New Zealand varietals, and cascade hops. We did seven kettle additions alongside quad dry-hopping resulting in grapefruit pith notes.

Pineapple Brown Kettle Sour • 6.0% ABV • 26 IBU’s We started with a fabulous Brown Ale and then Kettle Soured it for 2.5 days! THEN after fermentation we added hundreds of pounds of pineapple to create Jim’s first intentional sour beer. If we shake the keg you get more fruit in the beer!

Milkshake IPA • 6.6% ABV • 61 IBU’s It’s shaking here at S27. Only cans are left of this delicious beverage! This hazy IPA was created using pale ale malt and warrior hops to showcase the 500 pounds of strawberry and 300+ pounds of milk sugar. The combination resulted in a hoppy creamsicle. This beer is not overly dessert-like and is best served in a traditional tulip glass.

DIPA - East Coast Style • 9.3% ABV • 65 IBU’s Made with imported yuzu (a Japanese savory citrus fruit reminiscent of grapefruit, mandarin, and lemon) with an ABV of 9.3% with 65 IBU's this big and bold DIPA is about citrus and tropical flavors and aromas. Loads of citra and mosaic hops make for a tart, exotic, and fragrant balance of bitterness and exotic fruit.

IPA -West Coast • 6% ABV • 60 IBU’s This is our head brewer’s go to West Coast IPA. Jim uses three different malts along with wheat and oats. The various malts give the beer a lightly toasted honey biscuit flavor while the roasted oats give this quaffable IPA its creamy mouthfeel. We bittered Paddock club using warrior followed with cascade and crystal hops for flavor and aroma. Cascade for its classic citrus flavor notes and Crystal hops in secondary gives the beer its floral, woodsy and green notes.
