Code of Conduct

The following Code of Conduct applies to all Employees, Customers (taproom, private events, on-line, social media), Accounts, Vendors, Partners, Collaborators, and Contractors

S27 Alehouse has a zero tolerance for: racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment in any way, shape or form. Behavior of any type of aggressions, microaggressions, innuendos or jokes against one another will not be tolerated at S27 Alehouse. 

S27 Alehouse is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of staff, customers, or vendors in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate.

S27 Alehouse strives to be a physical and mental safe space for anyone entering or working at this establishment. Any violation of our Code of Conduct can result in disciplinary action and/ or termination of employment or working relationship. Behaviors by customers will not be tolerated either and will result in ejection and banning from future entry to establishment. Anyone observing or party to an incident that violates the Code of Conduct shall report it. We are a community and a transgression against one is a transgression against all. We are committed to increasing diversity and inclusion at s27 Alehouse.
